Acorn Accounting Package
Generally suitable for 1-3 Properties
- For those that are looking to keep costs lower, our Acorn Accounts Package is an Excel based system run off the company/property bank account
- It is ideal for those starting off who need to keep costs down
- It is also ideal of those with a small, stable and established portfolio
Essential Accounting Package
Generally suitable for 1+ properties
- We use Xero and Receipt Bank which are cloud based.
- We give you a c. 25% discount off the RRP of the software
- We manage all the back end bookkeeping for you.
- Each property is set up as its own department – so you can compare how each one is performing against the rest of the portfolio.
Portfolio Accounting Package
Suitable for 10+ properties
This is the same as our Essential Accounting Package but includes:
- Monthly management report pack
- 3x pa portfolio analysis and review
