We offer free standard company formation included as part of our new client sign on. Too many investors try to be smart and save money by doing it themselves. Beginners Pricing Special

This only applies to newly established property companies.
We know it is hard starting out and we want to help you through this tough stage of the business. That’s why we offer a beginners pricing special. This pricing special heavily discounts our fees for the
first two years, allowing you a little extra breathing space to get your property business off the ground.

Extra Bonuses

Besides the 4 key services below, we offer all clients some additional training and support for running your property business. This is to educate you on what you are responsible for and the appropriate standards that apply (not to turn you into a bookkeeper or accountant). We also supply you with some non-accounting, non-bookkeeping systems that every landlord will need to develop over time for an organised portfolio. We provide this for free to all clients. It also makes our life a lot easier to look after your affairs if you are organised and have a great system in place – so we both win!

We provide your company with our office address as the official company service address (thus keeping your personal details out of the public domain).

 

We deal with all Companies House and HMRC correspondence and compliance so you can focus on finding deals.

Bookkeeping

This is a premium service and for those with an active portfolio who are looking to free up time.

We are also able to provide an efficient and slick system for record keeping that is HMRC compliant and won’t bury you under mountains of paper or take very much time!

Tax Compliance

A lot of new clients think that this is the most important (or only) task that we can help with. It’s not!

 

When a new investor is just starting off, and doesn’t even know what questions to ask, this is often dangled in front of them. Yes – it is important and we do this as standard! However, this ignores the massive amount of value we can add besides this non-negotiable, annual requirement.
